9:30 AM - Started Driving
We left to visit Whistler. The drive was very scenic.
10:15 AM - Reached Shannon Falls
We reached Shannon Falls, then took some pictures. We met some people from Mississauga as well.
11:45 AM - Reached Whistler
Arrived at Whistler, then parked and went to the village. We ate the bisi bele bath cooked by Girish Uncle with boondi and dahi, which was delicious.
1:45 PM - Journey on Gondola
We then proceeded to embark on the Gondola which would take us up the mountain. This ride was around 25 minutes. We reached the top and took some photos.
3:45 PM - Peak to Peak
We embarked on the Peak to Peak gondola at around 3:45. We wanted to go on the glass bottom gondola, but there was a 15 minute wait, so we decided against it. The trip was extremely scenic, but the area was cloudy, which made it heavenly-looking. The gondola went extremely high and we saw the tree-laden ground.
The gondola trip finished, and we ended up at the mountain peak.
The next peak had an extremely scenic view, so we took some more pictures.
4:15 PM - Upper Gondola
After taking pictures, we contemplated going on the upper, open-air gondola. This gondola went up to the peak of the mountain we were on.
The view on the open-air gondola was something to cherish. We saw a stream, rock fronts, and slight greenery. We also went through clouds, making it seem as if we were ascending into nothingness.
Up there, our fingers were freezing, so we came back down admist the same, excellent views. For the first stretch on the way back, it seemed as if we were descending to nowhere, as the fog made the vsibility near-to-none.
4:25 PM - Peak to Peak
We went back on the Peak to Peak gondola again (with only us being in the gondola), and we embarked on the gondola down to the village again.
We went back to the main village and went on a small walk.
6:10 PM - Pizza
We ate pizza from Fat Tony's Pizza, and it was tasty. Half was the beyond meat special (basically like veggie meat made from tofu), and the other half was the Greek special.
7:00 PM - Leaving Back Home
We then embarked on our journey back to Surrey. The view was scenic, but there was a few delays on the bridge. We reached their home at 9:45, and promptly went to sleep.
